I'm not sure, I don't have a mac.

Just drag the startpos.esf file and place it into your napoleon total war (mp_eur_napoleon) folder.

I'm hoping to get to that point once I've finished school.

You probably have a conflicting mod.

If you have WinRar, that usually helps, otherwise just follow my instructions :)
