I just installed the hotfix,but when i go to MOD PREFERENCES and tick the "Disable realism on morale" (which i think is responsible for the "lack of rest" which is annoying),when i left to the world map and go back to MOD PREFERENCES its uncheck again.
EDIT:Also happens with "Enable GORE"
