I cant seem to find the gem or the console for this... I am stuck on pirate island in the workshop room with the "2 pirates in the doorway" bug

how do I make the cheat panel enabled ? and how do I access it after ?

Ah yes the gem... Care to share which gem ?

Or perhaps how to even know the right gem has been picked and how to show this legendary cheat panel so I can ommit the pirate island bug ????
