also, coral sea is seriously broken, it is possible to fall through the deck of the american aircraft carrier and die. also, when the carrier is sunk, there is no more ticket bleed and the game continues forever... which is a little odd. could you consider making some smaller maps that dont take as long to walk across? it makes the combat pretty slow sometimes on some maps, and that isnt a pile of fun. barbarossa i suggest making a point between the russian non-cap and the "bunker" as the russians will always get stuck in the middle of the feild being massacred and they never attempt to capture other bases aside from the outpost on the other side of the map, they also ignore their planes and tanks for the most part, meaning a lot of helpless infantry being slaughtered by stukas and german tanks. i would add a few russian armored cars as well, as the germans armoured cars are very fast and capture most of the points before the russians have a chance, whereafter the russians bog down in the feild by the bunker and it is almost impossible to win

just saying... realism cant overpower gameplay, a tank that can run around one-shotting everything is a little OP and would make the game rather badly balanced

Hello Tawika, me again. you are the best modder ever! you work so hard and the product is fantastic! i really love everything you have done, my brother and i love duking it out in tanks on the barbarossa map. i love this mod so much, it adds so much to the base game and increases realism without sacrificing gameplay. bots are still a little stupid, but the game is so good, who cares about a few stupid bots? thanks tawika, you are the best
Edit: the bots are a lot less stupid than in vanilla, it seems, did you alter them? they "go to ground" a little less it seems

JustMob the idea here is to make it realistic. having no anti-tank class gives the player a sense of how hard it would be to have an all infantry unit combat tanks. rocket launchers can be used on tanks. the calliope was a real weapon. (still is technically) though i would agree that the bazookas are a little OP. maybe make them only destroy with a rear shot tawika, or something like that.

hello tawika, it has been a while but wow! keep up the good work! all these new toys to play with! i love your mod! it is the best mod ever made for any game (sorry black mamba if you are reading this) would it be possible for you to merge this mod with the ironsight mod of BF reality, so that there was an option between using ironsight and normal? this mod really needs a map reversing the BOB so that the german player gets a chance to shoot at some bombers. ( i would create the map but i have no idea what kind of program i would need)

edit: I am severely disappointed to read that you may stop work on this mod. it is a really good one, and if it dies BF 1942 will not ever be the game it could be. unless of course, this mod is the pinnacle of acheivement already, which it might be.

thanks bf_takiwa. i actually like the fact that some parts of armour are harder to destroy, it adds realism to the game.
i'm your biggest fan, and i will continue to playtest this mod and send bug reports when i find them.

hey bf_takiwa, the wake island map has a glitch causing all bots spawned at the village by the airfield to get stuck in their spawn position and never move. lovin' the mod so far, especially armoured cars.
the tanks are modded to take critical hits yes? because i shot one t-26 frontally 8 times (with a mk IV) and it didnt blow up until a bot on my team hit the tracks on the side with an mk. III
