So how does one install this mod

so perhaps I'm doing something wrong here. Everytime I press q + right click to change attachments the squad menu gets in the way of my attachments menu and I can't choose attachments????

Also what does the unlock do in the spawn menu?? Also how does unlocking items in here work? I assume there is a level up sysytem right?

Edit: never mind only specific weapons have attachments that work in this build. Though not sure how the level up system works and what it unlocks
