I am stuck with the Farfect'd running around and in an impossible loop that can't be caught. (spent an hour chasing it)

So The Farfech'd cannot be caught. please help!

I have tried to join games with my friends how do you join exactly. i tried typing the ip address and it would not work.

I am playing the game I can't find Mr.Pokemon as well as when I get to the violet Pokemon center I walk out of it and end up back in Cherrygrove.
