It looks promising ! I really like Military sims. On the preview video, the animation looked a little bit slow/unnatural, but it isn't finished, so I shut it !

PS : I just read the last paragraph. Yes, this game exists. Its called Dwarf Fortress, its awesome, and its free. And the guy who did this is probably x100 more qualified to do this type of ultra complex game. Go play Dwarf Fortress, or make something else of your game, like focus on another aspect of management.
