Guess reporting on video games news on your video games website is passe.
To be honest,there aren't even that many games to talk about these days,you know. The video game drought is in action,it seems.
There does seem to be only a couple big releases every two months or so, but big websites' complete lack of coverage on indie/Japanese games is pretty ******. I guess news on those games doesn't get enough clicks?
I mean, I don't even like Japanese games, but I'd rather see them reporting on that than some Marvel movie schlock straight off the Hollywood hack assembly line. This is a video games website, after all.
I hope that at least the Japanese industry will make a resurgence,cause the western one is ****** up beyond recognition. Perhaps indie gamers will come out of the shadows and start repairing some of the damage caused by the money hungry AAA developers.
Japanese games were at their peak in the late 90s - Castlevania Sotn,Resident Evil,Dino Crisis,you name it. Pretty awesome games,too.
Also,**** Marvel.
It's pretty damn pathetic. Skyrim remastered edition now in VR? Battlefront 2 with ****** so called "new features",features that were already present in the older Battlefront entries?
