I had high hopes for this game but I literally couldn't exit the very first room. I'm guessing it's some sort of bug in the game. Oh well.

I'm in the prison and I went into a hole to get the chipper. There is a ladder to get out of the hole but it won't let me climb up it. Help?

I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out how to get the Justine patch. You wouldn't know any good directions regarding installing it would you?
