Hi. I am a Battlefield 2 modder, I work with ported weapons, do some textures, basic map making and tweaking and stuff. When I'm not modding I'm hunting, fishing, playing some sports, playing other mods for BF2 (FH2 is my favorite).

My favorite rifle... Ever
I've been lucky enough to shoot both the Garand and the M1 Carbine. The Garand is really fun to shoot, the recoil will make your shoulder sore after a while but overall its really fun, however, loading the clips gets tricky at times and you also have to buy special rounds for it because normal 30-06 rounds are too powerful and will ruin the spring eventually, so they make special 30-06 rounds just for the M1.
Sounds cool! I have always loved the looks of the Garand, I think it is the best rifle after the Enfield to issue your troops at the time.
I got to fire a Beretta 92FS, and a HK USP a few years ago, and hopefully will fire a G3, in a couple of years!
I would like to own an Enfield one day, locally at a yearly gun show they have a bunch that are for sale, along with tons of Nagants, some Mausers and Airsaka's and this year I saw a G41 and G43 for sale. I have little intrest in owning any modern firearms but I wouldent mind maybe shooting a G3 also, but in my state G3's are illegal so that wont happen for me anytime soon.
My country's army uses the G3 as a standard-issue weapon. It's a great gun, one of my favorites.
It is a very good weapon indeed.
