Hey mate

Love the mod and all of the new shiny toys it adds to the game. Certainly one of the best mods currently available for SWBF2.

However I do have a small piece of (constructive) criticism, if you want it.

I feel that Utapau is a bit of an unbalanced map currently. This centres primarily around the melee-oriented Magnaguard. While I love the unit and I think it adds an interesting dynamic to the game, it is also incredibly tough - perhaps too tough. This toughness serves to make the Magnaguard incredibly difficult to kill , even with the hero unit. The AI's lack of accuracy compounds this issue and I have often observed that even a few melee Magnaguards can quite quickly render the Republic side ineffective, even with hero support.

Other than that, great mod and I am looking forward to it's next release.

Cheers

The Israelis conceded the Siani region to Egypt after the Yom Kippur war as a good faith gesture. The Egyptians never fully recaptured the Sinai desert at all. The Egyptians, after they crossed the Suez, set up an excellent air defense "umbrella" but, after finally repulsing a large Israeli counter attack, moved out into the desert. They were immediately destroyed by Isreali air power which had been waiting for its opportunity. The Israelis then proceeded to bypass Egyptian positions on the bank of the Suez before sneaking across the said canal and attacking the Egyptians rear, taking out most of the Egyptian SAMs as a result. The M-50-M51 "super" Sherman was never high tech or advanced. It was made in Israel, not Europe, with help from the French. The t-55 was just as good as the m-51-50 o paper, but the Egyptians lacked the knowledge to appropriately use them. The t-62 and its belligerents were excellent tanks. They, contrary to what you have said above, were never used by the Egyptians during the six-day war, the war of attrition or the Yom Kippur war. It was used by the Syrians, in the Golan heights, incorrectly as the Syrians used their t-62s and 55s as "spam" tanks. The mig-19 was on par with most of the IAF's planes. The mig-21 was slightly superior to most of the IAF's planes. The mig-15 was mostly obsolete but it still performed admirably. The Skyhawks used by Isreal during the Arab-Israeli conflicts took heavy losses due to their low penetration speed. The mi-8 was a rather good helicopter and it was not "old and weak". Neither the US or the USSR helped either side much other than transporting equipment like you said. Contrary to what you have said above, the Israelis technically won all three conflicts. I don't see where you got your facts about Egypt winning the war in '73 although I suspect, and I am probably wrong in saying this, that your comment has something to do with national pride. Do not, under any circumstances, get the impression that I support Israels occupation of the west bank or its willingness to enter conflict with its neighbors. Your post just was politically incorrect so I had to "correct" it to the best of my ability.
