We're currently working on adding Russia as you can see in the progress update. There are also some renders of Russian units among the screenshots.

Next version will include some fixed custom battles and perhaps a tutorial as well. But we haven't planned a SP campaign atm, though there might be one in the future.
For now we focus on doing MP and then we'll see :)
