I do not understand:

1. I use this mod for other games:
-SWAT 4 / The Stetchkov Syndicate
-F.E.A.R and Expansions
-F.E.A.R. 2 / REBORN
-NO ONE LIVES FOREVER 2 / CONTRACT J.A.C.K
-SAS: SECURE TOMORROW

2. I use an NVIDIA card, it is a Galaxy GeForce GT 640 1 GB DDR3, and 4GB for RAM, and a Pentium Dual Core E5700

3. The games i mentioned before work perfectly with Ultra settings with the mod.

and, 4: This mod doesn't install to my Bioshock, the version is 1.0, i tried so much now, to installing in the Build folder (where the .exe is at) and in the Content/System folder (that's were i installed the mod in SWAT 4 / The Stetchkov Syndicate, as SWAT 4 utilizes the same engine as BioShock, Unreal Engine/Vengeance, but BioShock has the same engine improved with code elements from UE3) and, none of that works ._.
