Question: Does this work with Winter Mod?

I have high hopes for this patch 'cause im having strange bugs in the game. I just completed the game on my summer holiday and now at autumn I started a new game, but people who should be standing still at certain places(Wolf in the beginning of the game, Arena challenge guy, Bandit with the duty guys storming obokan, Freedom faction's leader, etc.) they are just wandering around and eventually getting killed. And if I try to speak to them, the game crashes. Only good thing about this bug is that I find new special weapons in anomalies :P
