Can you tell me how to fix zombies on pc, i get a black screen and only the audio works. ive downloaded it a few times and it still doesnt work

Why is my screen black >,< I cant see anything just hear the sound of my shots when i click :(. im trying this on pc btw so if anyone knows how to fix the black screen please tell me. Ive downloaded it three times already and nothing has changed.

I got the game, but when I try to play it on PC there is only audio, i can hear my gun shooting but its always a black or white screen, how do i change this? Also the menu is black so I cant go into options

When I try to start it on PC, All i get are sounds my screen is black, I hit enter and click, I hear my gun shooting but its always black or white screen, any fix to this?
