Hello FarOutCry

Thank you for this mod, it is the first time I have been able to play without a stretched hud for this game & I have just one question please.

Can I use the console command e_terrain_lod_ratio = "0" with your mod to load the distant LOD's in.

I have a Systemcfgoverride.cfg file in the main folder of this game with these commands inside the file(pls see below) & I have dev mode ticked in the mod launcher, I have typed it in the console as well but the only command that doesn't work is that one.

e_detail_texture_min_fov = "1.4"
e_obj_view_dist_ratio = "100"
e_shadow_maps_size_ratio = "2000"
e_shadow_maps_view_dist_ratio = "80"
e_vegetation_sprites_distance_ratio = "6"
r_Texture_Anisotropic_Level = "16"
e_active_shadow_maps_receving = "6"
e_terrain_lod_ratio = "0"

I also unticked dev mode in the launcher & put the dev mode line in the the target line like this.

"H:\Games\Far Cry\Mods\FarOut_Widescreen\FarOut Launcher.exe" -devmode, but still have had no joy getting it to work.

Edit: Problem solved, I should have typed it like this in the console:

\e_terrain_lod_ratio = "0" I missed off the slash symbol

Hello Luxo

If you use the patch for Arszis Radiation overhaul from this mod by bvcx Moddb.com You can use this with the Radiation overhaul mod

I use MO2 to load my mods, so you would load Arszis Radistion Overhaul, then this mod & then bvcx's patch for Arszis radiation overhaul, I do it this way & haven't had a problem yet so far.

I use MO2 to install mods with, if I install your mod with MO2 & then copy the lines that are different in SCO into the LTX file in your mod, does that mean that your mod will use the ogg files from SCO. I have found the lines that are different in SCO compared to the ones in your file.

These are the lines from SCO, that are different to yours

sound_distant_idle = ambient\soundscape\mutants\bloodsucker\distant_
distant_idle_sound_delay = 50000
distant_idle_sound_range = 50.0

I have the same problem with stalker anomaly, the new game screen/ MCM menu says amomawy as well, does anyone have an idea what could be causing the typo to happen, screenshots included. Thank you Imgur.com

Edit: After going through different mods XML files for a couple of hours looking for a typo, that might be causing it somehow & finally reinstalling the game & all the mods I use(another couple of hours), I still had the issue, hence the pictures I posted last night, I started the game up today, to see if I could find the problem & everything is back to normal, what day was it yesterday.......I can only guess that the Devs have hidden a good April Fools Joke in the files somewhere that trigger on this date. Well done Devs, I was running around in circles yesterday trying to figure it out. I salute you all <3
