What I want to know is, can the PS4 play PS3 games and remote play them for Vita.

@VeshaNyaJebezel But when Microsoft mandates that you pay more to even turn the game on, it causes issues.

@VeshaNyaJebezel Importantly, it is entirely and 100% optional, not mandatory. Given a choice to pay more, to get more, people usually pay.
