Does v1.4007 include bugfixes and features from the Extended Packs for v1.4005?

Oi, it's such a complicated task. It's been years since any of us were in touch with each other. We were close to releasing a demo but we still needed some AI stitched together. Problem is, the forums and FTP got hacked long ago... twice, which actually led to everyone losing motivation to keep going if we had to keep reconstructing our conversations.
The added bonus to this is that all of the stuff on the FTP was wiped, however I have backups of a lot of things and so do many members. The interesting part would be getting it all together again.
I would be willing to help with that, it's just gonna be hard to track down all the guys.
