I'm not sure how to install this, the readme said to just install it into the GTA4 Folder, I did but it's still not working

thanks alot, it's working now :) I have another problem though, whenever I play LAN with a friend, the more units we and the ai get, the slower the game becomes. It doesn't lag, it's just in slow motion, no idea why.

The icons aren't working ingame :( It's just showing the Placeholder Icon
