I'm running Windows 8.1 64bit, I assume you are too?

HI, I'm currently translating the huge NS Storyline and DMX mods for SOC, and came across your transaltion program. I know that the English version is in the works, but I had problems getting the German version to work.
I have .NET4 installed on Windows 8.1 64bit. the program throws up an error even when I have updatd my system. the error is... 0xc000007b
