What about RA2 Conscripts tho? Sure, they're not really dark, but at least they're not cheerful (they're more of serious, I guess), so, they might be able to fit into the Fallout atmosphere xd
They won't be on YouTube? But I swear I heard Nod March and V for Vendetta (which composed by DeltaRomeoNiner, I think) in the game, but I've also seen them on YouTube.

Dunno if this is a bug that occurred only to me, but, postin' it here...
I was playing with Juhziz in General's Challenge, and when I beat Leang, Townes was my next opponent. So, I defeat Townes, but when I press Continue, I am forced to fight Townes again. And the save file still is "Demolitions General Challenge 6" (only though it's different from the (same-named) previous one, that was created when I first fought Townes).
Badass mod :P Also, what's the name of the main menu theme? (edit: nevermind, found it. Anyways, looking forward to a new version :D Or a remake, with the 5 factions and generals)
Kamikazes are annoying, and almost impossible to shoot. You should reduce their speed to x4-x5. Oh, also, what does "Speed Control" mean for Grenade Launcher?
Love this mod :D Altho, is it intentional that AIs can built as many Advanced Base Defenses as they want? (like, 3-6 Advanced Prism Towers even without Uber Defense Initiative)
Anyways, it's my favorite RA2 mod :P
