Nice work! Really looks very well and professionally done!

Like the Wooden Bowl, it's just a prop for a castle, town or siege environment.
As I said, I will certainly have to decrease the texture resolution to make the assets game ready. Though for the raw assets and the renders here I don't see anything to prevent me from using a higher resolution. In order to know the optimal texture size for the game I'll need to test the assets in the actual game but that will have to wait until atleast release. Though I guess 2k would be the maximum.
It's not even a helmet, it's just a shield boss ;) but the 4k textures are just for the render, I can change the resolution or the UV maps at any time, thus to make it game ready won't be a problem.
Hehe, I think I know what you mean and thanks!
Thanks a lot, I am glad to hear that!
For this one I think I actually used 4k texture maps for the render. The ingame version will certainly need to be scaled down a bit.
Ah I see, thanks. Though that was not always the case and they come in different sizes as well. Another axe with the typical design is already in work!
How can I invert an axe? The picture was just taken from another view.
How can it face the wrong way? I don't seem to understand. I am not implying that is has been used in any other way based on the perspective of the render I chose.
Thanks! :)
Haha no :D I just didn't had much time on that day so I wanted to do something quick and easy... I think I could make use of it as a castle and town prop for example.
It's a completely different time period, but I'd love to do other weapons and armour for KC:D fitting it's time! :)
Actually quite a bit later than the fall of the WRE. The Mod is set in the the same timeframe the game itself is set in, that means around from 600 to 1100 A.D.
I am glad to hear that, thanks! I mean to do all the weapons and armour from the armae.com page from the timeframe the game is set in. It's primarily going to be Viking and Norman stuff.
Great work with the Kriegsmesser model!
