once i was happy with the changes i made to the global properties pack to get the best properties and everything working fine 100% stable, i later added this new location from GTA V, but it lagged like hell, and though i tried hard, it couldn't be fixed, so i was forced to delete it.
You can watch all what happened in this video (warning this is a very long video because the unespected problems i faced thet took a lot of time trying to fix it, you can go to my youtube channel to watch it (please subscribe), and before starting it, set the playback settings at 2X speed, so that it takes half the time to watch the full video).

this video can be helpfull for people wanting to learn how to add a new interior to any building

Franklin's Mansion added in Beverly Hills (Richman), all these buildings from GTA V will only be available when you select to play STARMAN MOD + GTA V MAPS.

by now the global properties pack by skann (an others) is also available when you play these GTA V maps, but in the future this may change due to limitations, when i add more GTA V locations i may be forced to split them, and so they may become 2 different separated "gamemodes": Global properties Pack and GTA V Maps.

The Eclipse Tower has now 2 entrances because i added another Deluxe Appartment, i also added a Helicopter parked at the roof, and direct access to it from both appartments.

The Eclipse Tower is located at Hollywood Boulevard, down below the Snoop Dog Mansion in Hollywood Hills.

Most of the time you will have this mod disabled because it is only usefull when you want to edit a map. but when you get creative it will become an invaluable tool that will make your life easier and joyfull.

Villa la palma by skann is another safehouse available at Venice Beach (Verona beach) in Los Angeles.
This is not new, i already had this (and the future mansion in chilliad mount) in the extra maps menu (for more than a year) but now it has been added as part of the properties pack "gamemode" that you can find as one of the several option when you select to play the starman mod in Themed mods menu.

it appers empty in the picture because i still didn't buy it, once you buy it, some furniture and vehicles (including a luxurious yatch) will appear. (you probably have already seen this house in detail in an old video)
