I am also known as Ben2356. I love to program/design/learn about computer related things and have a passion in game design. I play Hockey, Airsoft, hang out with friends, and play games on my PC in my free time. Also feel free to add me on Steam (Ben2589). I'm currently a part of the Star Wars BattleCry team. If you want a true and exciting sequel to Star Wars Battlefront 2 then be sure to check it out!

Woah!!! wish i had the time and patience!
Definitely takes a lot of patience when building a computer. It took me 4 hours to build and then 2 hours troubleshooting a weird problem that I didn't expect with the RAM.
Are you saying that you completely built that thing from scratch? (you had the parts disassemble)
Yep I bought each of the parts and hooked everything up to assemble it.
wow most impressive! I guess that is a sort of hobby for some people.
Yeah my hobby is computers. My GTX 460 SE died on me though that I got for Christmas :(. I am RMAing it and hopefully I will get it before RAW comes out.
So what is a GTX 460? is that like a system or something?
sorry i am new to this. lol
Its okay everyone has to start somewhere. The GTX 460 is the graphics card. The graphics card makes what you see on the screen and also is what makes games run. The better the graphics card the better the performance in games and even on the desktop. Usually the GPU (graphic processing unit)is integrated into the motherboard (main circuit board where everything connects) and controlled by the CPU (central processing unit, the brain of your computer). Hope this clarifies things.
Yeah thanks that was pretty clear. So the graphics card Will allow the games to run without lag?
Yeah lag is usually because of the graphics card being too slow but if you want to get one or install one you must first make sure that you have a compatible power supply and motherboard.
Oh Okay I hope i can run RAW without lag. If not i will just have to wait to get Windows 7.
BTW is this your current personal comp? Or do you have another one that you use?
This is my own personal computer that I use besides for my laptop which is for taking the stuff that I work on my desktop to places.
This is probably another stupid question, but is there a specific name for that computer like Windows Vista or Windows 7. (Or is it just a custom thing)?
Its okay like I said everyone has to learn somewhere so ask me any question basic or not I will answer it to the best of my ability. Technically the name of a computer is the model and doesn't take on names like Windows Vista/7 (that is the operating system). For custom computer builds (like mine in the picture) there is no name because there is no model of that computer because it is built out of many components.
Oh so you just kind of made up the computer design?
Yeah in a sense. You choose from different brands usually when you build a custom computer.
Do you know if RAW has enhanced particles and quality? because if it does i wont be able to play it without lag.
I think that RAW does have enhanced particles from some of the space battle screenshots :(. I am sorry but you can try a neat little program called Iobit Game Booster which disables background programs that you select giving you a large performance booster, it did for me.
Oh, cool Where can i download this program? :)
Here is the link: Iobit.com Hope this works for you.
ok, thanks bro, I will try this when i get a slot of spare time. :D
I'll let you know how it goes. Or if i have another question.
Sure thing I will help to the best of my ability on any questions you have.
Dang, I wish I had this build :)
But I suppose my XPS can hold up for a few more years :3
...I think the most I've ever modified with my comp, was changing the OS and adding a graphics card.
That being said -- more power to ye.
Good job
Thank you
