I do some changes for myself with the Defaultcore and Customloadout for fun

but i miss a option to modify the chargetime/reloadtime for each weapon per race..like stuff we can change in the \Sfc3\MetaAssets\ServerProfiles\SinglePlayer

i read somewhere that this is maybe hardcoded

is there a chance to do some modifications without using a hexeditor for the sfc3.exe?

is it possible to play the units in campaign? maybe in future revisions?
i like to use it in campaign (and other mods too...)
