I downloaded the file, but don't know where to put it?

Trying to install the campaign version of Napoleonic II - Total War, seemed to go well until I go to play it and get the following. Generic Error:
Unrecognized field 'min_light_intensity' in
'data/descr_strategy_lighting.txt'

The file is there I've searched it in folder, and have looked at it. Really any body got a Idea?

Hey great stuff, really Love the 50cal sniper rifle I found on the aircraft carrier. Is there a special one for the MEC couldn't find it if there is? Is there only one map with this gun of fun. Would love to see more of it!!!!!!
