I'm uncertain if it's a cover, but I know it's from the Doom Revolution midi pack, map 17, Mining for Paranoia.

What version of NBlood are you using man? I just checked with the May 26th build and the tools appear in the attic as intended.

Unfortunately, yes. Use Nblood or Build GDX, those are much better ports.
