Either a Zzzzap gun or da orks looted a Necron destroyer.
Yeah looks like an Imperial totem on his necklace.
Alien vs. Daemon: Whoever Loses, We Win.
So what's with this Apocalypse novel series? Is it relatively new and designed to be taking the place of the Space Marine Battles series? Or have I just been away from 40K too long?
How does one go about getting these units in the campaign?
Hopefully neither. That's the beauty of it.
Thank the Emperor, this is just the kind of mod I have been hoping for since I got into 40k 7 years ago. I will be tracking this mod, and when the time comes I will happily beta test whatever you need. I'm glad you're starting with 2 factions, as taking on the 40k universe can get out of hand fast. All luck to you!
I am content to watch these two massacre each other.
I don't care what GW wants to do for copyright reasons. I will always call them the Imperial Guard.
Those Wyches are wearing far too much clothing.
Remind me to ally with the Scorp...
The detail on Shrike's helmet alone is fantastic.
Didn't these traitors get wiped out by the Dark Angels?
I like the models.
Yeah I was surprised because normally Dan Abnett is nearly flawless but it raised a lot more questions than it answered and there wasn't that much action for a 40K novel. The story was enjoyable though.
Where can I buy this.
While we're talking about novels, has anyone else read The Unremembered Empire yet?
The IG handbook is indeed great because it has the Departmento Munitorum book and the Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer. As for books, the Horus Heresy series is great, particularly Know No Fear and Deliverance Lost. If you're a newcomer to 40K Literature, the Ghost's Ghosts series is indispensable. Angels of Darkness is one of the best Space Marine novels out there.
Reading Chaos novels is heresy but I highly recommend Angels of Darkness by Gav Thorpe. I just finished The Purging of Kallidus and that was quite good too. The Space Wolf series is also worth a look.
It really should be Space Wolves, because he looks just like Wolverine from X-Men.
This is why I always made sure to have a melta gun in Space Marine. Bye bye Chaos Champion.
Daemons of Slaanesh! That's the best way to purge them
Heresy train brakes are also known as Cyclonic torpedoes.
Is that one of the Fallen?
Just played my first couple rounds as the Galactic Empire, and it's hard to tell this is actually a beta. Great work on modeling the new tanks and capital ships, and the 4 different branches of tech are ingenius. I particularly enjoy the Infantry line. Great work, looking forward to the final.
How is a Wall Street investment banker in the M3 related to Warhammer 40K?
Cadians make even marching epic.
Never mind dakka, there will never be enough Death Korps of Krieg.
