none of the files are showing up in my addon folder and yes I do have the 13 patch.....this is odd

so i downloaded the files, installed all 3 properly (so it says in the 3 readmes that where added) but I'm not noticing anything different in the game such as New Weapon Models and changed units etc for the v1.3 Patch r117. Bare with me I'm a new modder but what am i missing here any help would be greatly appreciated.
