Could someone explain why this part of the installer crashes on me whenever I click install?

I'm glad to see it back, but it's just a matter of time before Hinkel finds it and throws another fit.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but the historical battle aren't working correctly, I know there no in Napoleons battle and if I try to launch them through the single battles menu I only get Austria and the United Kingdom and I can't change them please someone advise me.

I don't spend enough time on moddb, if some one could could inform me on why mods were being removed that would be greatly appreciated.
