Credibility in gaming has to do with a lot of elements coming together. One important element is context, how realistic it is in terms of scale, detail and accuracy of function. Unfortunately a lot of games suffer in this area modeling buildings that just miss these important qualities, partly due to inexperience with architecture and partly due to time constraints. We hope to address this issue over the coming year or so. As an Architect and architectural illustrator with 22+ years of professional experience, I'm interested in porting over the hundreds of models built over the years of all sorts of building types, from townhouses, schools, office buildings, police stations, etc. and then building several sets of contextual urban buildings and street scopes to 'have ready' realistic urban sets. A side goal is to develop realistic natural looking NPC's of a variety of ages to have ready the type of humans that will help bring stage sets to life.
