When im trying to join a friend it says incompatible map. We have both the same versions of the game and mod. We tried to play the standard coh maps, how can it be an incompatible map?

After i installed this patch my game keeps crashing. when i want to play a game it stops right after the map is loaded. I can see my hq and then everything becomes black and im back to windows with no error. Can someone help me?
