try to improve video settings, put higher shaders, HDR mode, enviromental shadows, etc., it help me with the same problem

You can fix your save file by savegame editor. Import your save and change "faction id" value in "party records" of #0Ser Jaime Lannister's Party. Faction id value must be 31 (player faction).
Also you can change name of your party in camp menu in game
