Love the mod only thing making it 10/10 is Asnen's Cigarette Re-animation longer version for FDDA pops the fov of the animation halfway through

Found how to fix my self, If you wish to remove tracker on binoculars

1) Edit gamedata\configs\items\weapons\w_binoc.ltx
2) Change "vis_frame_speed" to 0

Anyone know how to edit out or remove set files to the Devices Only for the tracker module on the binoculars ?

Would love to upgrade the binoculars on A new playthrough then having already have upgraded bino's before you get the rubles to upgrade your first pair.
