Hey. As you have a mod for mount and blade warband. I thought you might know about this. Lets take Rhodoks as an example. King graveth holds a feast. And after the feast is over all the counts and the king himself doesnt move. And he just keeps holding feasts. Also if another count calls for me to assemble an army and follow his then he just stays in the town where he is... Damn annoying thing.
if the mod in question has PBOD then turn on "cheat mode", this also gives you debug information and hopefully tells you why AI makes the moves that they do.
Hey man, I've seen your Mount and Empire mod, are you thinking of rebalancing the Khergit Khanate? Right now they have the most powerful faction, with their advanced(joking) armor, infantry, and their arrows, which if you have infantry with muskets and such, will be slaughtered very fast.
