I've discovered the solution as to why the game launcher opens. but wont install. I downloaded the game and COPIED the launcher itself into the folder I put my games in. I fixed this by deleting that launcher and extarcting the .rar file into the folder and it worked after that. I hope everyone can see this and have the problem resolved. :)
