Is there a reason why when I use these the head texture is all messed up? I follow the instructions for all of these and the head always looks wrong

I know its been quite some time since you uploaded this or any others but, I love this game and decided to download it again. When i replace the original tga file with yours using glacier tex editor and start the game, 47's head texture is all weird kind of looks like wood with black lines. Any idea why?
