i've been having launch troubles, i've installed the mod as per the above instructions, but when i launch the program, it cuts out before the Relic Entertainment logo animation, can someone tell me what i;ve been doing wrong?

Yep, according to the vid, tutorial, we were using the wrong 3D program.
just models, we have no idea how to export models into the game, and we know how to do basic texturing
agreed, in the canon from Combat Evolved, a Halcyon-Class Crusier is able to destroy 3 to 4 Covenant superior battleships (not sure if they're CCS-Class Battlecrusiers, but thats what i'm going off) in a firefight against a fleet of around 12 of them.

the texture is a Basic Test Texture, seeing if anyone else likes the concept, if so, i'll go with it, if not, i'll change it
true that i've based it off 'The Destiny', but as you may remember me mentioning in an earlier image that many Sci-Fi elements are based of an already existing one, and to answer about what else i've been working on, not too much really, i've been trying to import a model or two into the game without success, lukeozade has that same problem

looks good so far, nice touch on making the human navy ships look like modern day battleships, love it
because of the limited detail of this model, i've skipped the info on whats what
thats what i'm attempting, but i'm having trouble making earth (terra in-game) the defult starting location for the Sol Confeds, and similar for the other factions
maybe because of the symbol on the side near the front
it's known as a Battle Moon, ingame it'll be as big as a normal defence cannon, in the story it's only half the size of our moon.

All Daragon Designs have traditional gunpower based weapons, like the SDF ships, because they belive that those weapons are more powerful then Laser based weaponry, so thier ships are armed with Autocannons, Missles and Flak Turrets
