I had the same problem, what u do is install it into a temporary folder, Then copy the contents and paste them into dawn of war soulstorm folder and it should show up in your game manager.
I dont know why but if u directly install it to dawn of war it creates a new folder and sticks the files in there so it doesnt appear in the manager.
