FLEETCOMMAND is the hq of the Imperial Space Navy. Its is led by the Lord Admiral, who is currently Lord Admiral Peter Hecton. FLEETCOMMAND has control over all military vessels, except those used by Imperial Intelligence, they also have the ability to use any private or commercial vehicle should it be needed for any reason. FLEETCOMMAND is a massive orginization with many secret subsections.
