The AI for the empire doesn't work, at least for me, Rebles and consortium work great, but the Empire just sits there, not building anything

Actually there were 8 ISDs: Accuser, Adjudicator, Avenger, Conquest, Devastator, Stalker, Tyrant and Vengeance II Starwars.wikia.com. Great idea though, im loooking forward to playing this mod when completed!
