I have a question for you. You are very experienced in creating settlements in Rome: Total War. I've played the LoTRTW mod and I have read your tutorials how to add buildings to the game. Now I know how to create buildings so that's not the question...
My question is: how did you edited the settlement (placed all buildings in it). I cannot believe that you did everything in the .txt file with the x, y coordination. I tried that with my mod but its taking so long as I dont know the exact location of the buildings.
I want to create whole new cities for our mod. Did you use a tool, which was easy to use? Do you have it :)
