Hey there senluc.
I have a doubt, I saw your tutorial of this face, you used 3ds max for it?
Then, I saw you started from the eye, and basically the eye suddenly appeared, and then a bit of the part around the eye suddenly appeared too and you modelled the rest of the face starting from there. How did you do that??
And how did you give the face its "anime-ish" style?
hi,yes i use 3dsmax,for me is a very good tool for 3d modeling.
Btw i use various tecnique about the anime head, depens of what kind of anime head want to do,every head is different.
Basically if you got a very nice and clear reference the final result need to be exactly like in the image reference.
In my case the "nico robin head", i see some good cartoon reference from the anime, because there are more or less 2 or 3 good settei's on google image,as u can see i haven't done yet the body cause the poor reference about nicorobin body, but this is another story XD.
So..i made videos on youtube,i start from the eye always, but u can start from the nose,if u find more simple.
the anime-ish style is only a good texture applied on a mesh,in this case i see the right color and the right eye shape, and minimal detail like the nose, that's all.
I hope i answer your questions, and the for the compliments.
