AnthoniusII, the creator of The Great Conflicts mod, has been without help for a long time. He's left alone and can't finish his mod even though it's almost all done and could be one of the best Medieval 2 mod.
That is why he asks for help. He needs scripters and IWTE tool experts, in return he can give you materials that may interest you.
His contact information is on the Total War Center forum. Is anyone from your team a registered member there?
