Oh! I didn't know that! I was proposing the Confederation to include Peru and Bolivia as well (just like Gran Colombia includes Venezuela and Ecuador), but I'm glad there will appear more Latin american factions. Thanks for the info!

I just read the New civilization information. So here comes with corrections.

Name of the country: Peru-Bolivian Confederation (Confederación Perú-Boliviana)
Homecity: Tacna (or Lima)
Leader: Marshall Andrés de Santa Cruz (his attitude should be like that of Napoleon)
Religion: Catholicism and inca (or andean) beliefs
Flag: Upload.wikimedia.org
Language: Spanish
Buildingset: Similar to the Mexican or the Spanish
Culture: Latin American
Unique units: —Colorados: They can switch from a skirmisher stand, where they are more effective against infantry, to a standard infantry mood (like the musketeers) and be more effective against artillery.
—Husars of Junin: in replacement of the normal Husars
—indigenous levy: A group of irregular soldiers men and women, armed with sables, forks, machetes or pistols.

Bonuses: i think the bonuses might be:
—They could spawn a group of indigenous levy every time a building is destroyed by the enemy.
—When playing in a map at the andes, or atacama, and their town is invaded, the enemy become slower. This due to the altitude sickness. (?)
—They exploit sea resources faster than any other faction.

Thanks!

Hi! how are you?
I wanted to say you guys are making an awesome job creating this mod! thank you!

But I also wanted to tell you if you could consider making another faction that would be the Peru-Bolivian Confederation, with his head of state the marshall Andrés de Santa Cruz, and they could use troops like the Bolivian Colorados or the Husars of Junin.
It's just an idea xD
Greetings from Chile!
