Yes I figured it out myself later. I just tought "what about reversing the order, might work" like random and it worked.

I readed "most sinned" on the door sign as "least guilty". It said "start with the most sinned" which I read as "Start with the one with the cleanest brain".

How I do with the judge?

From what I know, Joseph is the best one (first) - since he works flawlessly without mistakes.
Nancy is worst, because her neglience in sterilization caused a patient to die due to septic shock.
Ashley is second from bottom, since he dropped a swab into a patient (and caused a risk of 50% that the patient will die).

Then David and Robert is left. David is worser since he does blame twice as much, and also did a surgery while intoxinated, but did not cause any fatality.

Thus the order would be:

Joseph
Robert
David
Ashley
Nancy

But its not working. What im doing wrong?

Never mind. Solved it. Its the opposite order, I should apparently start with the WORST. (even tough the sign says that I should start with the "most sinned" = best one)
