It will be hard of course, but this game would just look sweet with shaders like in Team Fortress 2. Such shaders would fit perfectly with the style.
I don't know how good you are with making such shaders for those models, but if you could, this could very well be one of the best looking mods around. As it is its just good looking.

Those indoor sections look very grey, and could use some better ligthing to make them more interesting, maybe some more textures would help to. That aside, this is the mod im looking forward to the most, hope you win the best unreleased mod award.
They are using the Unreal 2 Engine. Of course, like bioshock, heavily modified, with better shaders, physics, and such.
