Just another dude.
So are you the one that posts all those cool English Russia articles? Because if so, keep doing it, they're awesome.
That BSOD is an OpenAL issue. Theres a fixed dll out there if you can find it.
Edit: I have no idea if this is in the right place, why does ModDB's comment system suck so much?
But that's how they look. Old NV scopes are huge.
Just look for yourself:
Hold on, all you have to say is its based off the books and Warner Brothers can **** right off. Seriously, they don't hold control over the rights of the books, so unless Tolkien's publishers come after you, you're golden.
Seeing as its made by the same people, that would make sense.
Its totally possible to do, there's a mod called Finite Liquids that does exactly that. That's what he was talking about.
You realize the Utahraptor (JP's raptor, as you put it), was about as tall as a grown man, weighted 1,100 lbs, and grew to a length of 23 feet long, right? Really, the only thing JP got wrong in looks was the feathers, because, when it came out, no one would believe you if you said they did.
The more you know.
As a Patriot operator, I must say, they need more rust. But really, these look damn close to the real thing. Maybe if you added the air hoses connecting the truck to the trailer, but thats just nitpicking. Good work.
I thought The Slip was pretty awesome. Reminds me of Quake, the first one, and it's Slipgate Complex. Brought back some awesome memories of badass games of yore.
It should be crying. Add that, and I think it would probably bump the creepiness up a notch. Hehe, puns.
Now, if you made that bayonet functional, I'd be very pleased. I hate when games add models like this and don't actually allow you to use them. Looks great overall though.
You may want to read over this:
Specifically, sections C and E, dealing with how porting Source engine material is only allowed between Source games, and even then, barely.
It doesn't matter if you like it or not, it is illegal to do, therefore, it should be taken down.
