I used to love this game, I play Tau and a friend of mine plays Necrons. I don't understand some of the choices the devs have done : we used to have fun playing against insane AI and now we get destroyed by Harder. It has been a couple months since we didn't play but we just got RAPED by IG and Eldar. IG had more range than my fire warriors with their grenade launchers (or mortars, whatever) and destroyed my squishy useless troops from the fog of war, while necrons couldn't do **** against the eldar troops (necrons do no damage anymore until late late game - where they've basically won if they survived till then in the first place). I asked many times for an "artillery restriction" game option - which shouldn't be difficult to implement - since EVERY artillery in the game is a ******* fun-killing pain in the *** to deal with. I don't know where I'm going with this comment nor do I think it is constructive but I just lost a couple games and it is extremely frustrating.
Last thing : WHAT is the ******* point of being STEALTHED if EVERYTHING can detect you ??? This stealth mechanic is ridiculous.

I have a couple suggestions for you :

- Sisters of battle artilleries deal too much damage to buildings while they have no visibility on them.
- Necron heroes' level should be capped with tier, since a level 3 Necron Lord at tier 1 is extremely difficult to deal with. Or their level's cost should be increased to be more like the other race's heroes.
- The Tau broadside battlesuits have been nerfed this patch : you reduced the damage, squad size and increased their cost. I believe one or the other should have been enough, they are now too expensive for what they're worth.
- I posted a bug report on AI knowing where infiltrated units are.
- Artilleries in general remove a great deal of fun from the tactical point of view since they ravage enemy troops without taking much risk. I would suggest a Restriction : Artillery in the game options.
- I still had the Tau XV89 Commander invulnerability bug last week, I don't remember the squad it was attached to (I'll try to replicate the bug and keep you up to date. It was either Fire Warriors, Bodyguards (the hero battlesuits), crysis or sunfire battlesuits.)

Played a game again, I can assure you the Fire Warriors bodyguards can't run.
What is it you call loadouts ?
( -> "* Broadside Battlesuit squad loadout decreased.") Broadsides didn't have anything available to buy...

I did install it, I looked inside the UA.module file instinctively to see it wasn't necessary to modify the Tyranids line. BTW, in game there are Two different UA in the module manager, are they both the same, the second one having the tyranids, or is the only one on 1.73.9 the tyranids one ?

I can't see the in-game changes you made to the Tau... For instance, the bodyguards' run option doesn't show up and the battlesuits' squad size is the same (3). I just played a quick game last night to try the changes out, and these are the things I noticed.

I haven't got that kind of problem, I just have two of each maps, one set having "apocalyzed" in its name... I see the map preview (except on one or two, but they don't have a normal version) and never had a zoom problem...

The Immortals DO have incredible range for their defense, and I must admit I don't use many Destroyers, although the Destroyer Lord is a hell lot of fun.
And don't think I don't upgrade the incomes as soon as they are available, it's just I don't feel they get enough income for their needs. The Tier 3 restriction on Monoliths might be a little harsh, more so since I can only get one out before Tier 3 anyway, with the Seer's portal.

And the necrons end game are a steamroller, but it has become difficult to reach that end game because the early game has been rendered too slow and vulnerable.

First off, I like globally what you did (especially since I play Tau mainly).
Except for one thing, and again, as in last version, why so much ruthlessness against the necrons ? How are we expected to play them without monoliths until tier 3, and almost no ressources ? They can't hold a defensive line and can't be offensive without them...

Necrons are not Overpowered. And since the last update came out, they're even less overpowered.
Heavy Thermoplasma generators don't give +780, because with 2 of them, and 24 generators, you have an income of approximately +800. Plus, they're slow as hell to build and cost a LOT.
This means that they should rely on very late game to be able to sustain an economy.
Finally, to be honest, the necron IA is stupid as ****. I mean, they spawn two attack scarabs until 13 minutes, when they finally send out an immortal squad. That's not being overpowered.

Actually, in the 1.73.4 & 1.73.5, the Necrons could get up to 1000 power income, now they can't go beyond 400...

You forgot in the changelog that the Tau XV9 Hazard Suits now come in a squad of 2.

Also, why require the Teachings of Kauyon instead of Mont'Ka's for the XV202 Mako Titan and the new big unit (which I can't see in the army painter btw) ?
