How can I add this game to Steam, more importantly run it? I can't seem to get any of the mods with a .rar file to add to Steam, or run.

I downloaded it on the setup, but it doesn't appear in my game. Do I need to move it to a certain L4D folder or what?

I am a gamer, and to be honest my laptop can't run a whole lot of games, and most it can have unbearable lag, but I can still enjoy the mods for Half Life games, or Mount and Blade, or all that good stuff. Also I love anime, and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, so if I find an anime or pony mod, I'm pretty much set. "The worst thing in this world, next to anarchy, is government."
